MSC’s Annual Ocean Cookbook Is Out With Three Tuna Recipes
The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Ocean Cookbook 2025 was released last week. This free digital cookbook is a collection of recipes featuring MSC-certified seafood curated by chef and cookbook author Bart van Olphen. This year’s edition includes three tuna recipes: Chili–Garlic tuna with mushroom broth from China, Spicy tuna bowl from Denmark, and tuna lasagna from the Netherlands.
Van Olphen said: “These delicious recipes only use seafood that comes from sustainable sources to protect our ocean for generations to come.” MSC has been publishing the Ocean Cookbook since 2022. Each year it features recipes from award-winning chefs and sustainably fishing fishers, and is part of the organization’s communications and marketing campaign for the new year.
