Peru can increase duty on Ecuador's tuna imports by 5% duty ff

The Court of Justice of the Andean Community authorized Peru to impose an additional tax of 5% on the imports of five products of its own choice, coming from Ecuador. Peru was already taxing imports of tuna from Ecuador with 5%, so this could possible rise to 10%. This measure by the Andean Court was taken like a sanction to the tariff benefits that Ecuador has offered to Chile
