The product was tested during an official market survey and the histamine rank found was 2653; 2000; 2961; 5512; 3470; 4252; 3829; 4670 and 5778 mg/kg – ppm.
Most of the product had already been consumed, however all remaining lot was to be withdrawn from the market.
