FMC has informed its customers about the recent name change of the company.
* Starting June 30th, 2008 the name has changed from FMC FoodTech to JBT FoodTech.
* The company name has changed following the spin-off of FMC FoodTech from FMC Technologies as a separate, publicly traded company.
* Being an independent company will allow JBT to focus on the food industry and become an even stronger partner for its customers around the world.
* While its has changed its name, JBT stated: “our people, our products and services, our organization and our values will remain the same.â€
* In future all its quotes/proposals, contracts and other communications will carry the new brand name JBT FoodTech at its new website: www.jbtfoodtech.com
