During the first weeks of 2008 atuna.com showed a poll on its homepage which asked readers to vote on the question: DO YOU SUPPORT ‘TUNA FLEET REDUCTION’ AS A SOLUTION FOR DECLINING CATCHES?
The vast majority (78%) of the participants to this latest Atuna on-line tuna poll responded affirmatively, thus supporting the fleet reduction.
Only 13% expressed their opposition while 8% showed their indecision.
