Peruvian Tuna Plant Cover For Cocaine Smuggleff

Peruvian authorities have broken up a major cocaine smuggling ring that was being run out of a canned tuna processing plant.

During a raid on Saturday, authorities arrested 10 people, including the plants' 74-year-old owner.

Police found a little more than 2,200 pounds of cocaine during the bust. The powder was actually packed inside several tuna containers.

Peru is one of the world's leading producers of the coca plant which is where cocaine comes from.
