133 companies which are somehow involved in the production, marketing or distribution of tuna will be showcasing their products and services at SIAL, the international exhibition of food products, next week in Paris, France.
The broad-based event occurs every two years and it features 19 different food industry sectors, including seafood. For retail distributors, foodservice buyers and international traders, the exhibit is a chance to improve return on investment, meet new contacts and keep a step ahead on food innovation.
Organizers of this year’s 25th edition are expecting more than 5,900 exhibitors from around the world, including 133 tuna related companies. About 140,000 visitors from 200 different countries are also expected to attend this year.
Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) will take place Oct. 21-25 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris- Nord Villepinte.
